TSN to air the 2019 Canadian 9-Ball Championships

The Corner Bank in conjunction with the Canadian Billiards and Snooker Association (CBSA) are delighted to announce that TSN, Canada’s National Sports Television Network, will be airing this year’s Canadian 9-Ball Championships.



Taping is scheduled for mid June at The Corner Bank in Toronto with a tentative airing date of mid to late August. Televised stages will take place from the quarter finals on with an unprecedented 96 national broadcasts planned.



This is terrific news for Cue Sports in Canada, commented CBSA Vice President and co-owner of the Corner Bank, John White. Its been almost a decade since fans in Canada were treated to pool with Canadian content on television and TSN are sure to recognize the benefits of again televising pool in Canada.



The new CBSA website will be unveiled in the upcoming week and all the related news on this event and national championships will be available on the CBSA website at www.cbsa.ca once launched.
