Petrina’s Super Bowl Tournament Results
It was blistery outside but red hot inside as eight bar box battlers met at Petrina’s for the Super Bowl Bash.  Petrina’s had graciously added $500 and the tournament was run regardless of the less than stellar turn out.  The unique format dictated each player play 13 games and that the top eight advance to the cash round single elimination tournament.

In the end, Sam Maltese emerged victorious beating Jim McBride in the final to claim the first prize of $300.   If there was a bad roll trophy to be handed out surely it was deserved by Gene Lew who seemed to make great shots and be caught with a bad roll to give up the game to his opponents.  Keep watching for new tournaments coming up.
