Petrinas Halloween Midnight Madness Tournament

On Sunday October 27th twelve daring players showed up to qualify for the Midnight Madness Tournament that was to be held on Hallow’s Eve. All twelve players qualified and returned on Halloween at midnight to battle for the Halloween Treats. Three more players entered on Halloween and we had our tournament - fifteen bar box battlers.
Josh D’Abreo, a late entrant showed up to play. He scored decisive wins of (5-3),(5-0),( 5-1) over (Geoff Maceachern, Tino Carinci and Jack Reid respectively. The A-side final featured Josh versus local favourite Wayne Tate and the match ended 5-2 for the “Tater”.

Wayne Tate got to the finals by wins of (5-0),(5-0),(5-2),(5-2) over Cindy Collier, Greg Ross, TJ Humber, Josh and Josh D’Abreo. Josh bested TJ Humber (5-2) and split the cash with Wayne Tate. The tournament finished at 5:00 am. Everyone certainly enjoyed themselves and some players even showed up in costume.
