Open 10-Ball in Santo Domingo

This past Sunday, May 17, the Billiard Club Bolivar in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, hosted the Open tournament for Dominican billiard players of all categories. There were the 32 players from around the country.
The tournament held under the double elimination format in groups of 8 and a second stage of simply removing the last 16 qualifiers. In the double elimination race stage 5 and stage 6 single elimination race was held.

The top player of the province of La Vega Ramon Diaz the first took place, but not before going through when troubles in the double knockout, at the stage of simple removal, was about to be removed by the player Reyes Gomez that tied the game 5-5 but Gomes Reyes error cost him the game and Ramon Diaz ended up winning the match.
The final game was between Ramon Diaz (category A) and Reyson Marcano (category C). Ramon Diaz took the title with a 6-3 score.
