NAPA Ontario Monday Night 8 Ball Singles League at Petrina's in Ajax Starting January 2015

With the announcement earlier this year by NAPA about the addition of singles leagues, NAPA Ontario is looking at starting it's first singles league in Ontario.
NAPA Ontario's Monday Night 8 Ball Singles League at Petrina's in Ajax is scheduled to start Monday, January 12, 2015. All matches will be played out of Petrina's Billiards in Ajax. The regular session will be 20 weeks long, with playoffs taking place after that. The playoffs will be in two tiers. There will be no weekend playoffs or regionals In weeks where Monday is a stat holiday, players can play their assigned match at anytime before the next Monday.
The cost for players to play will be $10 per week, for a total cost of $200. This can be paid all at once or in installments. Those wishing to play must put down a $50 deposit before January 6th, 2015. Deposits can be paid in cash, by PayPal, or by Interac e-Transfer. There is no annual membership fee to play in NAPA... ever!
Players will play every week using NAPA's paperless mobile scoring system. All players of all skill levels, as well as players that do or don't play in other leagues, are welcome.
The league will start with as little as 4 players, and can have a maximum of 18 players. However, if at least 8 players register to play, Petrina's Ajax will add $1,000 in prize money. Cash prizes will be given out to the regular session winner and both playoff tiers. Regular session winners will also qualify for the 2015 NAPA Nationals at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Michigan.
If there is at least 8 players in the league, there will be a guaranteed cash prize payout of at least $1,800. If there is at least 16 players in the league, there will be a guaranteed cash prize payout of at least $2,600. To date, NAPA Ontario has handed out over $11,000 in cash prizes.
