Mike Moffatt Memorial Cup

Hello everyone,
The second edition of the Mike Moffatt Memorial Cup will be underway in Calgary for the first weekend of November, once again hosted byLeather Pocket Billiards.

There will be a maximum of 24 players entered into the draw, so the sooner you get your name on the list, the better.

Each match will have an assigned table and start time, so not all players need to be present at the venue prior to their scheduled match time. In particular, any players traveling from outside of Calgary will likely be scheduled to play Saturday morning rather than Friday night to minimize

SCHEDULE:

Friday, Nov. 2nd - Starting at 6:00 PM - First Round Matches begin...

Saturday, Nov. 3rd - Starting at 11:00 AM - First Round, Last 16 & Quarterfinals

Sunday, Nov. 4th - Starting at 12:00 PM - Semifinals
                              - Starting at approx. 3:00 PM - FINAL


The entry fee for this event will be $50 per player. If you did not play in the 2013 Alberta Masters, or have not otherwise paid the annual association fee, entry

Additionally, this will be a seeded draw based on the provincial snooker rankings, wherein the top 8 players who register will have an automatic berth into the Last 16 round. The format is identical to the tournament held last year under this name and, also like last year, anyone who loses their first-round match can optionally play in a single-knockout straight pool bonus event if you don't feel like heading home right away!
