Michelle's Billiards Championships set for April 10th

MICHELLE’S BILLIARDS AND LOUNGE’S FIRST QUARTERLY CHAMPIONSHIP SET FOR APRIL 10
The first session of the Michelle’s Thursday Night Blind Draw Scotch Doubles Tournaments has come to a close, with the 39 qualified participants anxiously awaiting the first Quarterly Championship on April 10, 2014 with $680 added.
Bonnie Reynolds (4) and Mark Simpson (5) finished off this session strong, as they were partnered together for the last two tournaments. After losing in the finals on March 27th, they redeemed themselves on April 3rd winning the final tournament of the session. With the strong finish to the session, Bonnie overtook Colin Kerr (7), who was leading the point race since the second week to finish 1st overall. Gene Lew (7) also finished the session on a high note, winning the March 27th tournament with Steve Joyce (4) and reaching the finals on April 3rd with Steve Horvath (4).
Greg Welbanks (7) and Jennifer Beausoleil (4) had their ticket drawn for the 10 Ball Break and Run Jackpot which was at $331. They proceeded to make a ball on the break and then run an additional 3 balls to win $132 from the Jackpot, which reduced the Jackpot to $199. The 8 Ball Three Rail Bank Jackpot has yet to be won and currently stands at $115.
The top 10 players in the point race will receive free entry into the Championship on April 10:
