Jun Panteleon Comes From Behind

On the 10th of July, 2016, Shooters Snooker Club in the GTA organised a “2-5” 9 Ball event having about 21 players registered. It was a very warm Sunday, perfect for pool players to come out and show their awaited talent and hardworking skills. The day begun with the Calcutta which roughly started at about 12:30 pm. The fixtures were then arranged and the games kicked off…
The first games were played and the update was as follows:
A Side Finals:
Nito Bucais vs Jun Panteleon
B Side Semi Finals:
Arjun Devarajan vs Cesar Custudio
Nito Bucais beat Jun Pantaloon by a score of 6-2 and was on the hot seat. On the B Side, Arjun Devarajan beat Cesar hill- hill to secure his position. He then faced Jun Pantaloon whereby he was defeated by a score of 6-4. Jun then returned back to Nito who previously sent him to the B Side. He won the first set by a hill- hill score and was now extra furious to grab the victory. He then stayed cool on his stroke and beat Nito to grab the 1st place.

Shout outs to Jun, Nito and Arjun who played extremely well to remain into the top 3 spot.
This event was indeed unpredictable as 90% of the matches were hill- hill!!
