Jake and Elizabeth carry the Scotch doubles!!

On the 26th of July, 2016, Shooters Snooker Club had one of its most awaited “2-5” 9 Ball Scotch doubles. The maximum handicap allowed was a 9. The exciting morning kicked in as the Calcutta was performed at 11:45 am and the games started by 12:15 sharp. It was a great shock as most of the favorites for this tournament were sent to the B side and back home eventually! The update was as follows after 3 pm.
A Side Final:
Aqeel Mohamed/ Kenny Matsumoto vs Jake Cajilig/ Elizabeth Kishimoto
 
B Side Semi Final:
Marco Sevilla/ Jason Aquino vs Jeff Liu/ Andy Liu
 
Jake/ Elizabeth beat Aqeel/ Kenny by 6-2 and sent them to the B side. Marco/ Jason on the other hand defeated Jeff/ Andy by 6-3 and were now ready to face Aqeel/ Kenny.
Marco/ Jason beat Aqeel/ Kenny too by 6-2 and were now going to face Jake/ Elizabeth for the Championship title. Jake and Elizabeth played extremely well and defeated Marco/ Jason by 6-4 to remain the undefeated winners of this event! Congratulations to all the winners.
