Garland rises…

On the 17th of July, Shooters Snooker Club in Toronto hosted its famous “2-5” 9 Ball event. It was a very subtle and calm Sunday whereby 16 players turned up for this event. The Calcutta was performed at 12:15pm and the games kicked off at 1:00 pm. After a few games, this was the update:
 
A Side Final:
Garland Tully vs Dave Battista
 
B Side Semi Final:
Brandyn Griffin vs Davis Menor
 
Garland smashed Dave by 4 games to nothing moving on to the hot seat of this particular event. On the other hand, Brandyn Griffin beat Davis Menor (a young rising talent) 7 games to 2 and was now going to face Dave Batista. Brandy beat Dave hill- hill to go and face Garland Tully. But it was garland who played exceptionally well and beat Brandyn griffin by 4 games to 5. Shout out goes to Garland for remaining undefeated throughout the event. Another Shoutout to a very tactical young star, Davis Menor. We hope to see a lot from him throughout the coming years…
