Louisville, Kentucky- Erik Decious of Billiard Factory Jacksonville will be educating other billiard retailers on his new innovative program. Decious has built the program utilizing his Billiard Education Center over the past 3 years, and will offer it to help the industry as the guest speaker on Day 2 of the BCA Summit. The Business of Billiards Seminar: Hidden Profits; Hidden Customers: Offer Pool 101 is scheduled for Thursday, June 26, from 3:30-4:30 pm at the Kentucky International Convention Center, Level 1, Room 101.
Decious teaches how to successfully blend the business side and the sporting side of the industry together to enhance a stronger consumer experience and create repeat customer loyalty. He implements strategies that he uses including tournament competitions, clinics, usage of professional players, with a central focus on family.
"I commend Erik and the Billiard Factory for taking the bull by the horn and taking control of their destiny. I've never been a proponent of letting outside factors control your business. Taking charge of your environment is a key to longevity and success. The programs we started 3 years ago together with Erik are still continuing and have built a loyal fan base in Jacksonville, with customers that come in weekly. That's unheard of for a billiard retail brick and mortar", explains Charlie Williams, Executive Producer from Dragon Promotions who has worked and consulted with Decious throughout the program years.
"We've been keeping an eye on our Billiard Factory location in Florida, and we are really excited to see the fan interest grow. Pro-active events create more loyalty, which is essential to building any business. Our managing partner Erik Decious has been with Billiard Factory for 17 years and his enthusiasm for the billiard industry is something we can all use today," says Tony Stick, Vice-President of Billiard Factory which has 12 locations throughout the nation. Billiard Factory is the largest billiard retail store in the United States.
If you are in Louisville for this year's BCA Expo, this is one seminar you should not miss!
