Charity 8-Ball Event for Aynslee Linick

Shooters Billiards in Toronto hosted a Charity tournament on November 19-20. The event was in support of Aynslee Linick who is a 4 year old girl who has been recently diagnosed with stage 4 Neuroblastoma, which is a rare and life threatening pediatric cancer. The event was a great success as it drew 44 entries. Some of the teams participating included:

In the finals, with the score tied 3-3, the team of Kelly Croft and John Morra ran the last two racks to defeat Chris Pegg and Dallas Dyer 5-3. Kelly and John were undefeated throughout the event.
50% of the Prize Money went to support the charity (Aynslee Linick). $10 from every entry went towards green fees.

Chris Pegg mentioned that the “tournament was a good time. Kudos to all the players for their support to a very special young lady, notably John Croft, Natasha Khan, Debbie Pirozzo and Domenic and all that were there”.
