Attention Players Affected by SW Airlines Delays

CueSports International is aware that some players planning to attend the 40th BCAPL National Championships are being delayed due to technical issues that have grounded many Southwest Airlines flights.
 
Unfortunately, CueSports International is not be able to offer refunds this late in the process.However, in order to effectively respond to the problem and possibly help ease the burden, we need to know which players are impacted.
 
If you have been delayed by Southwest Airlines, please email info@playcsipool.com with your name, city and state of residence, phone number, and list the divisions that you are registered for in the tournament. Please put “Southwest” in the subject line of the email.
 
We want to assure all of our players that we understand the situation and will do whatever we can to help lessen the sting of this unfortunate situation.
