For the first time ever, Germany will host a qualifier for the World Tournament of 14.1 by new Bata Bar & Billiards in Berlin. Andy Cloth has been chosen as the Official Cloth of the World 14.1 and continues its massive growth internationally. Each qualifier winner will be guaranteed a minimal of 5 round robin matches in the finale main event. The main event will take place once more in New York City.
