Williams and Bryant meet again

The ladies have been battling it out at the CBSA Canadian Championships in Toronto. The CBSA is affiliated with the World Pool-Billiard Association (WPA), through the WPA’s North American affiliate, the Billiard Congress of America (BCA). With these affiliations, it grants Canada the opportunity to be represented at all World Pool Championships, and most other major International pool events. This is the second year that the CBSA has hosted a National Womens 10-Ball Championship. The defending champion Naomi Williams cruised into the finals with wins over Maureen Seto (7-4), Brittany Bryant (7-4) and veteran player Grace Nakamura (7-1).

In the finals, Naomi faced Brittany Bryant for the forth time in just as many days. A very composed and determined Naomi got out of the gate from the start leading 7-2. Brittany never really seemed to get comfortable in the match. After nearly 3 hours of play, Naomi took the title for the second consecutive year with a 10-4 win.
